Our policy
Since every product at The Amante is made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage you to refer to our size guide before placing your order.
Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order details.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed defects or non-delivery. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
